Congrats to our volleyball team on their 21st win pf the season and 13-3 in conference
we now share the regular season title with Campbell but we secured the #1 seed in the tournament with Campbell losing to NCA&T today

That's huge it's amazing and we're doing it with a lot of freshman play and after a loss of solid players this year. Lets hope we can win the CAA tourney that's the BIG prize.

With all the awards this team just received in the CAA it would be a shame if we don't win the CAA. Well, Campbell did have a 13 and three record
They didn't play any of the top teams like we did

I can understand that. It gives the host a year to prepare, but then that school may not be in the playoffs. But other CAA sports let the current year's conf champion host -- a reward for winning the regular season.

Stony Brook plays Campbell

Interesting both S.B. and NC A&T were lower seeds. It's in our hands now to take care of business. We beat(swept) every one of these teams still in the hunt except Campbell who we didn't play!

Beyond heartbreaking defeat, especially with three match points to clinch in fourth set. Am gutted given how talanted this team was to come that close.

Yeah Emily gave credit to Campbell in her post presser but clearly felt we should have closed it out in the 4th set. She just seemed shattered since they had such an incredible year.

For the hose holding out, hope that we get an at large bid in the NCAA tournament The selection show is this Sunday on ESPN. I believe it's 7 PM.
