Is NIL to blame for this
Or are these two just looking for a better fit for them?

That's news I don't want to hear because Corbett was destined to be a star in the CAA A REAL BUMMER. Kassidy also playing well at the end of the season. It's the new world we live in today with college sports both men and women's.

The NCAA has just made it too easy to transfer with no penalties anymore. Maybe with transfer reprisals in place these girls stay put. Thompson came to us from Quinnipiac as a sophomore. She definitely has upside.

Add Sabrina Larsson's name to the portal

These transfers amaze me other then maybe Corbett. These kids if they're not starting seem to get discontent very quickly and look for supposed greener pastures.

For those of us following women's basketball here we do some nice portal recruiting and pick up quality players. https://gohofstra.com/news/2025/5/22/wo ... tions.aspx

For a school that is usually very tight-lipped about player commitments, this is a stunning announcement. I wonder if other teams will issue similar statements?

There's a real effort here to promote awareness/market this program. Have seen quite a few postings on X. Now having new coaches and White the former coach at Pittsburg Coach Atkinson is trying to turn the corner.
