He didn't yell, he just asked back, "Impressed? What would I be impressed about?" It was actually kind of funny. Can't blame him for that after a loss like they had that day, on top of the other blown leads and losses they already had.Hof_Judge99 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 28, 2025 3:01 pm The last we heard from him after a loss he yelled at the reporter about the “impressed” question so I feel he’s dodging the media now and that’s a bad look. It’s part of his job to talk after the game. It’s not the end of the world but I get the feeling things are unraveling.
And I don't think he was dodging anyone, I think he was just frustrated.
However, these two comments are extremely contradictory, which just adds to the mystery of team's Jekyll & Hyde nature (albeit, more Hyde than Jekyll) nature this season:
2/8, after the loss to Stony Brook at home (same presser as the "impressed" question):
"I don't know if they even care in that locker room... in practice, games, walk-throughs, I just don't know with these kids."
2/22, exactly two weeks later, after three more losses, and they won at Delaware:
"They deserved this win."
Which is it? It can't be both. How can they lose because they "may not even care" yet "deserve" a win (as if they HAD cared a lot and were working hard, and finally had things go their way that day in Delaware)?
