Hofstra won 86-56. Bernardi (26 points), Tanksley (21 points and 7 rebounds), Green (14 points, 6 assists, and 3 steals), and Robinson (8 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 blocked shots) led Hofstra. Bernardi and Tanksley became the first Hofstra teammates with 5 three-pointers in a game since Jenkins and Vines on against Georgia State February 27, 2010.

Hofstra made 13 three-pointers which is their most since they made 14 at Louisville on November 12, 2013. Hofstra has had three consecutive games with at least 10 three-pointers, which is as many games as Hofstra had in 2012-2013 (never) and 2011-2012 (three times) combined. It's the first time Hofstra had a three game streak of at least 10 three-pointers since February 1, 5, and 8, 2003, which were all losses. Hofstra made 34 three-pointers in their last three games. The 2005-2006 team that went 26-7 made 35 three-pointers in their three games with the most three-pointers that season (not consecutively).

Now can we all take a deep breath and relax. Like 3r20 said that the sky isn't falling after the USF game. This team is what it is. They look great when they are shooting great and play bad teams. They are flawed when they don't play well against better teams. Green Tanksley and Bernardi can dominate. Robinson fills up the stat sheet in limited minutes. A 4-2 start is something we all would have signed up for at the beginning of the year.

http://scores.espn.go.com/ncb/recap?gameId=400591038 is the Associated Press recap.

Bernardi is 6th in the CAA in three-point field goal percentage and 3rd in three-pointers made per game, while Tanksley is 4th in both of those. Those two and Green are in the Top 10 in the CAA in scoring. Tanksley and Bernardi have made over half their three-pointers. Tanksley, Green, Nesmith, and Gustys are in the Top 14 in the CAA in steals.

Hofstra is 110th in the RPI.

We warmed up considerably in the second half. Tanksley continues to be steady Eddy for us. Real impressed with his play this year. Nice to get a 30 point win. On to Norfolk State.

When you get the charge call the number on your bill of the company who charged you - if you can't get satisfaction (credit) from them - call your CC Company and dispute the charge - they'll call the company and get your money back - at least they did with me in the past.

Great bouncback beat down win, just want you want to see

Agree, I'm VERY impressed with Tanksley, that kid can really do it all and he fills the stat sheet quick - had no idea he could shoot the 3 that well - major asset

And once again I'm very pleased with Robinson, with continued development this guy can be a big player for HU in the coming yrs

Want HU to blast away at the rest of this schedule now - should go out there looking to dominate teams, and REALLY want that LaSalle W...
