It's a few days away, but Hofstra opens CAA play next Thursday at Delaware.

The Hens are 8-5 overall and 5-2 in December, including a close win over Davidson. I saw them on TV a week or so ago and they looked pretty good. The Hens are led by Jameer Nelson Jr. (20 ppg) and Jyáre Davis (17 ppg), last year's CAA ROY.

The game is on the CBS Sports Network.

As of right now ESPN gives us a 51.5 % chance of winning while Sagarin shows almost dead even giving Delaware a one point nod only because of its project 2.85 point advantage.
By all accounts a close one.

According to the preview, this will be our 100th game vs. Delaware. We've played the Hens more than we've played anyone else. Drexel ranks second on the all-time list (96 games) and Towson third (75 games).

Have the channel but don't pay for it so no don't get it. I don't want to have to shell out money to get that channel for just one game. Bummer.

It's more than one game. It's three Hofstra games (also January 19 and February 8), twelve other CAA regular season games, the CAA Semifinals, and the CAA Final.

I checked https://pluto.tv and it lists CBS Sports HQ, but not CBS Sports Network. I searched for Hofstra and did not find any results. I could not get the guide to go forward, so it is possible that it would not find Hofstra even if it will have the game, but I do not think it will have the game.

I DVRed it, and the description says Estrada is averaging 21.6 points. I don't remember a description giving an individual statistic before.

So, I googled CBSSN, got the site, and there was the game. I guess you could try this for Hofstra-Delaware tomorrow evening. Good luck.

Must've been like watching an episode of This Old House with all the bricklaying from Fordham, which shot 25.4% (16/63) overall, 9.7% (3/31) from 3, and 57.1% (8/14) at the line.

Yeh Fordham had a gaudy 12-1 record but they played no one...announcers said at halftime that they had the worst OOC in the country.

Is Aaron Estrada playing? Any information? Why did Hofstra open as a favorite but is now an underdog? I know Estrada didn't play the last game, but I thought he would be back healthy for this one.
