So our womens team played their first game. Opponent was Albany who we beat by over 20 points last year. Albany picked 5th in the AE. We were 6-0 vs Albany coming into this game. We also bring back everyone from last years team including our point guard Sorelle. So what happens we lose to Albany in a blowout 70-41. After scoring 18 in the first quarter we score only 23 over the next 30 minutes. It gets worse as they outrebound us 40-20. Thats just a lack of desire. Also this team cant shoot. we were 0-12 from beyond the arc. Time for the team to look in the mirror and come out in the next game with a fire in their belly.

I’m glad u posted this Stu since we need to support the women’s team. I felt good about this team and like The coach however when I saw this score I was a bit taken back. Post presser wasn’t done by the coach instead by the asst. coach. This is an embarrassing loss but not season defining but COACH should have owned it instead of sending out the asst. He did say that Albany is a good team and not the team we played last year and that we got into foul trouble but out rebounded by 20 rebounds. Bad showing in their first game.

Down by 5 at the half to D2 Molloy, on our home court. Shooting an atrocious 22%. Not good at all.

we are 2-18 from beyond the arc. For the season we are 2-30 from beyond the arc so far. team needs to come out with a fire in the belly. We are even in rebounds and they have only one player over 6ft tall. Their roster has only 9 players on the team.

So what has happened to this team that brings back all its players plus Ineza who's a good player. It's hard to believe that they're playing this poorly.

After 2 close wins Hofstra plays #18 Ga Tech. After one quarter Hofstra trails 18-4. They committed 9 turnovers in just 10 minutes of play. You are not going to win or be competitive if you cant take care of the rock.

We got more than doubled 65-32. We stay near Atlanta and play at Kennesaw State in two days. The men won at Kennesaw State on December 1, 2018.

Does anybody know how we got Ole Miss to come to us? It's not shortly before or after they play another game in the northeast.

They have a senior from the Bronx and a redshirt junior from Queens. Just speculating, but a homecoming game for one or both?

Shout out to the women's team who beat Kennesaw state last night 72-57 with a big 4th quarter. Leading scorer Jaala Henry with 16 points a career high JaKayla Brown 15 points. We were actually shooting last night 59% from 3 and 50% overall. Need to bottle that moving forward just unheard of from this team. Really good road win.

Someone turned on the light switch in the 4th quarter While KSU is not a good team 295 ranking it was still a road win Lets hope the beginning of the season was an anomaly and not what this team is

So we are 3-3 going to Morgan state who is 4-4. Halftime score is 29-12 Morgan State.We have to do better than 12 points in a half. I dont think we are averging more than 50 points inthe 6 games we played so far. this is a recipe for disaster.

A better second half but we lose to Morgan State on the road 58-46.

We dont shoot the ball well. You have to at least score 60 points in the womens game just to be a decent mid major. I dont think we have scored over 60 points in any game this season.

actually we did score 72 vs Kenessaw State. And 62 in an OT game. We are avg 51.4 points per game.

Agree CTDutch, not much progress in third year; somewhat concerning.

It looked like she made some progress in a shortened season last year winning 5 conference games and upsetting Towson in the playoffs but she needs to recruit much better. She brought in transfers from Pittsburgh where she coached and that helped but what other impact players has she gotten here??
