We opened up the season beating Niagara 3-0 and lose to Miami 3-0. Bryant loses to Niagara but somehow we lose to Bryant 1-3. Yesterday though we had a big win against Seton Hall who we've played tough over the years beating them 3-1. They came in 2-0 and had beaten Delaware and Temple. A lot of young players contributing especially Clara Bal a freshman from France. This team should be quite competitive.

I know I skipped over a few games but it's worth mentioning that we swept Stony Brook over the weekend. Always love wins against S.B.

I have a question to the board. NCA&T is in the CAA . I see they have a pretty good marching band with a world class drumline.
For some reason they are a full member of the CAA but they dont play football in conference. Can anyone tell me the reason why.
They actually played Duke in football this year.

Will it change next year? Campbell also plays in the Big South. Will they change. IDK how football conferences work I could never understand how some teams are in a football conference and they play basketball in another conference?

team is now 10-8 and 7-0 in conference after a 3-1 victory over College of Charleston.
team is starting to jell. kudos to coach Mansur and her staff.

so we are now 9-0 in conference after a 3-1 win over UNCW. Today Towson loses 3-2 to Elon. and is 8-1 in conference and 18-1 overall.
We are in first with Towson second and Delaware third.
Lets not get too excited as we still have to play both Towson and Delaware.
Still props to Emily Mansur and her staff to keep this team focused.

This team is playing well with a nice mix of first and second year players and some seniors. A very nice job of recruiting kids internationally along with some homegrown players. Kudos to the staff and it will be interesting when we play the top tier teams. We have been beating up some of the mediocre teams in this conference.

If you have not seen this team you should (POLITO). Zayre Abdul-Rahim the senior is the leader on this team. If you have not seen Isadora Stedile play you should. She is a special player. She is only 5ft7 but has hops like a basketball player. The team is healthy now unlike at the beginning of the year when went 3-8.
I said before that coach Mansur would be one of our best coaches ever when her career at Hofstra is over.

Incredible story going on here. This is what dreams are made of and the young players on this team that are playing at very high levels making this program so successful. A very exciting program.

Yes Towson in Volleyball and also Men's basketball. IDK if they're strong in other sports as well.
