To make matters worse, we're in the middle of a Dead Period for recruiting, and it'll be a Quiet Period until the end of July. That means very limited contact with recruits. All we can do at this point is hope JAM has a plan, a better plan than last year since we all learned that a short bench doesn't work at this level. https://www.ncaa.org/sites/default/file ... etball.pdf

Yep same concerns at this point - VERY late in the game and key guys off the board every day - really wish they would've worked harder to land another guy back in the fall - losing Ford was a big blow, and losing the other guys to other bigs kept the hurt going

Now seems staff is scrambling - love these guys and love who they landed with 2, but still gotta do a better job overall - there's no excuse for not having these ships filled with quality already

I have faith in their ability and their evaluations, but my big concern is that JM may not feel it's necessarily a pressing need to have another guy... And it is if this program really wants to go dancing

Hoping for great news soon

Not that we should expect a significant impact from him, but we should not forget that we do have the walk-on Ros (the French guy) 6'7". He currently does not show up on our depth chart in "verbal commits". He will certainly be an upgrade from some of the previous walk-ons we've had (ok course that's a pretty low bar!)

Eke looks to be a decent get. Good height, athletic and only a freshman...giving us 3 years...Id take him.

Eke video coming out of high school. Looks like an inside leaper. Kinda reminds me a little of Malik Nichols

Would take this guy in a heartbeat. With JAM's great track record and experience with smaller school guys, this guy fits the mold of the 3/4 we're always in need of.

The Eke good..solid stats as freshman including 61.2 % fg %...if he can bulk up a bit and retain athleticism could do nice job at 4...

The Eke bad...6-7 195lbs at the 4...did not hit one 3 pointer all season and shot 36% from free throw line...does not appear to have any outside skills

Would definitely take him and see what he evolves into

When someone is hitting that low a percentage then teach him to shoot underhanded. he cant be any worse than 36%.

I did notice that Antwan Walker looks to be headed to prep school for a year - so he is off the board.
