Teams are prepared for our zone. Maybe we should mix in some man-to-man D.

That's what I was implying in my last post. They were effective with doing that last year, and Farrelly was responsible for directing that last year.

9 of NU's 15 made 3s came after HU's 17-0 run gave HU the 38-30 lead.
You'd think that would have been a focus defensively down the stretch after allowing a 35-11 run and blowing a 19-point lead to the same team two days earlier.
Those things happen, but champions learn from them rather than repeat them.

Northeastern's Tyson Walker is the CAA POTW this week. He is from Westbury and attended Christ the King. Did we try to recruit him?

Ya know I'm not sure, I don't think so... he went up to NE to play prep for New Hampton - he was a 3 star kid, played well up there, but oddly doesn't seem to have had a lot of real offers, mostly smaller mids - although St Louis seems to have been the sole 'big' at one point.
Kudos to Cohen, he got an under the radar good one for sure - NU and HU do this often, and are two of the best recruiting staffs in the conf IMO.

We didn't need a point guard last season, but for this season and later he's better than Burgess. The top three in assists per game either play for Hofstra now (Burgess) or played nearby in high school (Walker and Drexel's Camren Wynter).
