In a tournament you have no say. But it will be when he’ll freezes over if you see us wrestle Lehigh in a Dual match

That’s been talked about. Lehigh will play this game but there will be no other sports played by Hofstra against Lehigh in the future unless it is in s tournament

I have been a fan since 1995. The ax to grind is with Rabinowitz not Hofstra. Ihave donated thousands over the years. I’m friends with most of the coaches. My grandson plays soccer for Richard and Simons Massapequa soccer club. Rabinowitz lost me when he cut football. After hearing how coaches must spend over 60 perdition of their time raising money just to meet their budget instead of recruiting and coaching. Also they need second jobs just to afford to live on Long Island. I have documented what happened that week of the softball game that we cancelled one day before it was scheduled

So you are telling me Lehigh's AD and president want to start a cold war with Hofstra over a midweek softball doubleheader? I highly doubt that and would not be surprised at all to see Lehigh on schedule for multiple sports next year.

Let’s see. But yes it’s the AD and softball coach the president of Lehigh actually let’s the AD do his job unlike Rabinowitz who nueters his ADs and keeps them on a short leash

Men’s Basketball also took a private jet home from JMU last night.

This was discussed earlier in the season...Joe felt it was vital to get the team back early from Harrisonburg. He said that if we took our usual bus trip, Towson, our next opponent would get to Hempstead before us!

I believe MBB has been flying to JMU for several years. It's a long bus ride.

But the point is that they didn't just fly, like they do to most far games, they took a private jet. Clearly the school was willing to pay for that hefty bill.

Did the school pay nor did an alumn have a connection to this private jet firm. Sorry I have known Rabinowitz since he took over. He is not daddy warbucks. I will bet dollars to donuts it was an alumni who arranged this. Look I am friends with John Russo. I will get the lowdown. If the school paid for this I will eat crow.

Bringing this thread back to baseball. Seamus Brazil just pitched the first no-hitter in school history!

Thought this recent twitter post from Coach Russo was worth sharing. Always great to hear that our student athletes are also good people. These are the kinds of stories that need more recognition.
