Every home team won tonight. Here are the standings:
UNCW 14-2
Charleston 13-4
Hofstra 10-6
Drexel 10-7
Monmouth 9-7 (2-0 vs. Stony Brook)
Stony Brook 9-7
W&M 8-8
Towson 7-9 (they have not played Campbell yet, they host Campbell on Saturday, and for now Towson wins the tiebreaker with a better record against Charleston)
Campbell 7-9
Hampton 6-10 (1-0 vs. Elon)
Elon 6-10
NC A&T 4-12
Northeastern 2-14
Before hosting Charleston, UNCW can clinch the 1 seed with W&M loses, and then if we win. To win a tiebreaker over UNCW, Charleston needs W&M to catch us, and for Stony Brook to lose their last game. If UNCW and Charleston tie, and we tie Stony Brook and W&M, UNCW and Charleston would have the same winning percentage against every team or group of tied teams, and something unusual like the NET would have to break the tie. UNCW has a much better NET. Including their own games, Charleston needs seven games to go a certain way in order to get the 1 seed.
We moved up 1 spot to 93rd in KenPom.
