Agreed. Speedy likes to use a big guard at the 4. I'd prefer that to an unathletic big

Our new player is Miguel Mantilla Pacchiano from Austin, Texas, a junior. I don't know if Miguel played anywhere else before coming to Hofstra, but it appears he played three years at Lake Travis High School, where his coach was Clint Baty, father of the Mets' Brett Baty.

Lake Travis has produced a number of NFL players, including QB Baker Mayfield and WR Garrett Wilson. Wilson and Brett Baty played football together at Lake Forest.

When will Pacchiano play?

While looking at my old computer files, I discovered that I made a file when Michael Graham, who was playing for Elon at Drexel, had a majority of his team's points and a majority of his team's rebounds with 3:46 left in the first half. It is hard to have that much of your team's points and rebounds over 40 percent of the way through the game. That was on January 20, 2022. Drexel led 32-22 at the time and won 77-49. Graham slowed down to the point where Hunter Woods led Elon in scoring, but Graham's 17 rebounds were a majority of Elon's 31 rebounds excluding team rebounds.

Pacchiano as a walk on won't see much action I'd imagine but should get on the floor when we play St Joseph's on 12/6 assuming we're blowing them out.
