I think down the line we'll see the 4 guard set more than you think. If you can put Kone in the middle with 4 guys who are shooting out the lights, it could create some matchup problems somewhere.

No shocker here, but they are hitting about 10% more of their three pointers in their wins than their losses. (47% vs 37%). A few percentage points higher in either game and who knows. Those two teams I also would expect to defend the three ball much better as well.

Last 3-4 minutes of USF game reminded me of the first 5-10 minutes of the NC State game. All of a sudden, it looked like a high school team in Hofstra uniforms. Hopefully we are just getting the bugs out of our pressure situation performances (so far we are 0 for 2). I don't think we have any cause...

Up by ~10 with under 7 minutes to play, too many possessions had Hofstra taking a shot less than 10 seconds into the possession. Need to work that clock, especially when you're trying to play upset ball. Don't leave them the time to come back.

Yeah, it's not the time of the games, it's making the thing to do again. For a while (again, starting with the St. John's game at the Arena) everyone wanted to go to games. But it's basically been one full class of students since Charles has been gone, so these kids don't know what the electric atmo...

6 point halftime lead. Some UGLY shooting combined with lights out shooting. But this is a VERY winnable game, and frankly one that at this point in the contest I'd be upset of they didn't win.

For both games, the team is coming off of multiple days off, which should be good to get the legs rested. They're going to need them. Going to need Kone back, too (obviously). Back to 8 guys again, and last year they obviously showed that wasn't sustainable long term.

Hofstra given about a 1 in 5 chance of winning by the computers, and are 15 point losers. Let's hope the computers are wrong.

Fordham started that game up 13-4. Lost 64-57. To a team that's been DI for a whole year now. Yikes....

it may have taken years to Wright the ship around here, but at least we're looking up now. I still call it a good move.

Wish I could have seen more, but seems like it was a thoroughly dominated game by Hofstra.

Seems like the outside/ 3 shooting has been pretty bad the past two games. While Hofstra did hit some big shots, especially late, that was a game that they have an early hold of if they make their shots when they should.

What's Kone's status? I must have missed that.
