Thanks Polito! Yup, want to get y’all getting some deals my way so I can send more money to HU Athletics. My Cell# is 404-421-9820 and send it to anyone you want to that I can help to handle their car negotiations. Been doing this for quite some time actually… I’ll donate to specific teams, athletic...

Hey Guys, not sure if this is allowed, but worth a shot and can certainly remove if not welcome here. We are all diehard Hofstra athletic fans (just like me as y’all know), and I have a real day job HA. However, I started a side gig as an auto broker from recommendations of a lot of friends and fami...

I just checked. It’s sad. Very very sad. As a matter of fact. I’m done sending Hofstra money until they fire Tierney. I’m putting my money where my mouth is.

If the school can afford to continue to support this program with Tierney leading then they don’t need any outside support.

Sorry, but it’s the same thing every year with new recruits and new players coming in.

No one good is coming here and no one new they get is going to change the program. That’s the reality of the situation Hofstra is in. They’re coming to play at Hofstra because they’re not good.

I’m really impressed with our coach. We were a bottom barrel team for a long long time and we are competing now in a decent baseball conference. We need to sign this guy to a long term deal and keep this going!

Guys. Is that not crazy that the UVA guy was that successful and they just let him go. WOW! And here we are with a program that had some heritage and relevance and notoriety and we have completely let it blow up. Insanity is what you call this. Totally agree Polito. In this day and age we basically ...

Holy cow! Not sure if anyone got the pleasure of watching our D7 men’s lacrosse team play today, but for a D7 men’s lacrosse team they didn’t do that poorly against a real D1 men’s lacrosse team as they played Towson today. They were able to score 3 goals and only gave up 20. Really not that bad at ...

A LOT of us have been talking about Amplo and getting him back to Hofstra. In all honesty, he may be the only option to try and save this embarrassment of a program.

High point is clearly the top school in the Big South and they will not be there for much longer. It’s clear that they have some real aspirations for moving up. This is probably all about money for him as he’s really going down in terms of competition and play. The CAA is still way ahead of the Big ...

Just thinking out loud here, but if our talent level was actually good the coaching (in my opinion) wouldn’t really matter. It’s very clear and obvious to me that: 1.) we don’t have the talent and these kids really aren’t legit or good D1 lacrosse players 2.) The coaching isn’t able to help these ki...

Totally agree Polito. Plus, Speedy is a Hofstra Alum. I believe he still has a lot to prove and a lot that he still wants to do. Let’s get to the NCAAT’s a couple times in a row and win some games. Then, I could maybe see him leaving, but didn’t he make tons of money in the NBA already? It’s not lik...

Yea seriously about Edmead. I’m thankful for what he did for us and acknowledge the fact that he led us to the tourney which was really rewarding for me and all of us diehard fans. However, the reality is that unless he puts on about 20-30LBS of muscle then he’s an average AT BEST P5 player. Sorry, ...

Seems like our softball team is back to form and the old days. Would love to see our softball team get back to greatness

We never got to see him play, so I’m not really sure about his game. Wills was actually pretty good and had a good shot. I didn’t even realize (or forgot) but he played for Wyoming before Hofstra and Wyoming made the tourney quite a few times previously so they were a good program.

During this day and age we are simply no match for these other CAA lacrosse schools especially Towson. Yesterday was probably a fluke to be honest and really nothing to get excited about. It wasn’t that long ago we’d be talking about how badly we should beat a school like fairfield. I guess it’s goo...

Agreed. We owe Campbell big time for taking out UNCW. We got lucky with both UNCW and Charleston getting knocked out. Happy we took advantage of it though

I’m really not too sure about the Groce to Charleston move either. He’s obviously done well and built Akron into a mid major power. I’ve never been to Akron, but what I see online talks about how terrible of a place it is to live, but that in itself would not be a reason to move. “I” believe the CAA...

Wow. Groce to Charleston would be wild. I would’ve never imagined groce going to Charleston in my wildest dreams. He did a great job at Ohio, didn’t do that well at Illinois, and now he’s done great at Akron. They were a 12 Seed this year which was better than Hofstra and the CAA is a better bball c...

I didn’t see anything official. “I” just see COFC hiring him as their next head coach. He’s young, near there or at least in the same region, has done well, and COFC would be a nice upgrade for him.
