Cramer won Rookie of the Week because William & Mary's Connor Kochera became the first freshman to win Player of the Week since Elon's Elijah Bryant on January 5, 2015. Pro leagues would never say that a guy is ineligible for Rookie of the Week or Rookie of the Year because he won Player of the Week or MVP.
