https://twitter.com/BGMull/status/13548 ... 38/photo/1 says:

1. Delaware's Ebby Asamoah: 8.7/6.8 = 1.268
2. James Madison's Justin Amadi: 9.5/8.2 = 1.163
3. Drexel's James Butler: 14.4/12.4 = 1.161
4. Tareq Coburn: 15.4/14 = 1.1
5. James Madison's Matt Lewis: 20.3/18.5 = 1.095
6. UNC Wilmington's Jake Boggs: 10.5/9.7 = 1.0987
7. Towson's Charles Thompson: 9.4/8.6 = 1.084
8. Charleston's Payton Willis: 13.3/12.6 = 1.055
9. Kvonn Cramer: 8.1/7.8 = 1.034
10. UNC Wilmington's Ty Gadsden: 14.7/14.3 = 1.029
11. Drexel's Zach Walton: 10.9/10.8 = 1.008
12. Northeastern's Jason Strong: 9.6/9.6 = 1
13. Drexel's T.J. Bickerstaff: 10.4/10.4 = 1
14. UNC Wilmington's Jaylen Sims: 17.6/17.9 = 0.981
15. William & Mary's Luke Loewe: 16.6/17 = 0.979

It looks like Strong and Bickerstaff tied for 12th, but they were given different numbers. In some but not all cases, the numerator divided by the denominator equals the exact value. It did not say what website it came from before UNCW fan and former newspaper writer Brian Mull tweeted it. Northeastern and Towson have their only player listed be fourth on their team in points per game.

Lewis leads in points per game by 3.4, but he has a ton of possessions. Ray is second in points per game and isn't in the top 15 in points per possession.
