Sure, he can, and I hope he does. But I thought you were saying "why not?" to the idea that he could do the same in reverse, at Sacred Heart, what Thomas did at Hofstra. I don't see him becoming Thomas.

Barrouk can shoot the 3 there is no doubt about that. The problem is the other parts of the game. He'll likely do well in that conference.

IS there no doubt? We only saw a very small sample size and it wasn't good (5/21 from 3) last year and 6/16 from 3 (decent but not great) this year, which included 3/4 against Princeton, when Speedy said he'd "be a big part of what they would do" this season, before he finished the year 2/11 from 3 while barely playing the rest of the year. I don't think there was really enough to go by to know that he can shoot the 3 without a doubt.

I know it has been discussed here before but one time HU recruit Sean Durugordon is now in the transfer portal with a new coaching staff coming in to Siena. He was the leading scorer on this team. I wonder if we finally get him assuming there's interest on both sides. There are now over 1,200 kids in the portal so a lot of choices out there. This is not cool. The NCAA represents all member schools, not just the P5. Is this what they are trying to foster? Nearly 75% turnover on teams? This is good for student athletes? It's malpractice!

I'll ALMOST compare this passing thru HU to when we had a kid named Jamal-Combs McDaniel who everyone made a big deal out of 5 star recruit that never played a second for us. The major difference is that Myles was never in any trouble like McDaniel was. Adios!!
