Mikey I may not know a thing about lacrosse and truth be told I don't but I know about wins and losses. Just thought someone would at the very least give it a little lip service. Can they keep this program in free fall.

Good showing by the Dutch last week vs. Bucknell and Hopkins. Also, the tournament raised close to $10,000 for the HEADStrong Foundation.

You follow the program Jojo so what's your taKE on this years team. You can answer HUSID's question some posts ago?? I already know what Mikey's take is.

Triplec - I fully support the men's lax program and follow it closely. I am sure you'll agree that the product on the field the last 5 or so years has not been up to par. Just calling it as I see it. Truly hope that the program bounces back to its former status. The fall games were encouraging.

Great to have this Classic to remember that young man. Quality job by HU. And HU showing some life, which leads me to this:

Believe it or not folks, and mark this down because its a rarity lol, but I actually think HU has a shot to have a good season this year. I like the roster and talent more than usual, some quality depth, the schedule will be winnable because it always is, and I think ST is finally expressing desire to turn the tide a bit before he exits.

I do worry that Amplo will give him another embarrassing L as his former student for a third year in a row at Navy, HOWEVER, I also see this as a potentially season defining opportunity for ST in a way to show he's going to make things right.

A strong showing against a top 10 Hopkins squad is nice early indicator. UD will be strong in the CAA, but the conf overall is pretty soft. 2024 won't be some miracle season, they will not be world-beaters, but I'm going to put myself out there and call for one of the better seasons in years.

I feel kinda gross, but I did it!! Please do make it so mens laxers!!

You can add Yale to schedule on 4/16. St. John's too but don't have a date.

I wouldn't equate lack of interest with this board with lack of interest in the program. I neither have the time, nor the inclination to engage with the long winded buffoonery I read here. However, I still care deeply about the program.

According to the SJU website, HU home vs St. John's on Tues Feb 13th at 6:00 pm.

So far super winnable schedule as expected... Yale the best so far. Imagine there will be one or two big dogs in there somewhere as it fills in.

Was down at Duke for the basketball and great to see John Danowski. He spent a great deal of time with the Hofstra folks and even attended the pre-game event with one or two of his assistants.
Another great representative for the Pride on a national stage.
