We're losing 14-11 after the 1st quarter highlighted by naturally a lot of HU turnovers(9) with Hampton putting on a full court press. Pretty sad already.

And of course Hampton does not have life stats. NCAA score board has no info on the game. You have to go to ESPN to get any information on the game. When is the CAA going to do something and correct us?

Mickey Mouse this Hampton school anyway we lead 41 -33 at the half as Ineza hits a banked shot right before the buzzer. I know Emma has 8 points hit a two and two three's. I believe that Ineza also has 8 points possibly more without seeing live stats. IDK what the TO scenario was in the 2nd half but we turned it over 9 times in the 1st quarter just bad play at times from some of these kids especially Gooden. They have capitalized from the FT line with our constant fouling. It has kept them in this game as this team Hampton can't shoot from beyond the perimeter. They have gotten easy baskets layups etc. off our turnovers. Maybe just maybe we can win this game if we play 40 minutes. We shall see. One thing for sure they're going to continue to press maybe we will be able to get them in foul trouble.

We're winning 58-44 thru 3 quarters. Can we actually get a win here. This Hampton team shoots awful and the only points they're getting are from the FT line and on driving layups off our turnovers 25 of them I believe thru 3 quarters. Ineza having a very nice game with 22 points but just wish she would pass the ball more but really helping us offensively.

with over 4 minutes left we lead by 11. We also have 25 turnovers. The last time we had over 30 turnovers we actually won in OT

We're winning by 17 points with a minute left in the game more or less. Our three point shooting and our rebounding have carried us today. Hampton shot pathetically and didn't hit 1 three. We were tough on the D end not giving up any or few O rebounds. Ineza had 24 and Emma had at least 11. Swint with some easy points(14) as well and a lot of rebounds. Good win for us. Awful FT shooting for us I might add with double misses from Fargo and Joseph-Bernard but good offensive game for us.

we win 72-58. Very sloppy game but we shot the ball well. I think our highest field goal percentage for the year. Only turnovers kept Hampton in the game. Forget the negative and enjoy this win.

Yes turnovers and fouls we had too many of both. 31 turnovers which might be a season high I'm not going to look it up right now and we committed 27 fouls and they shot 22-31 from the FT line. So I'll give credit where credit is due but with some caveats. Ineza the star of this game offensively with 24 points 5 turnovers but like I have said before this is a team game and while we had a team 17 assists not one assist next to her name. Why is that????? Nice game for Swint with 14 points and 14 rebounds 6-6 and miraculously she had 3 assists. Emma had 11 points 9 from downtown on 4-7 shooting 2 assists but 6 turnovers. Way too much Emma their press was creating problems but we should have practiced breaking that. Thomas having an OK game offensively with 10 points and 15 rebounds(nice) 2 assists and only 2 turnovers. 6 points for Rosi with no turnovers. Two points each for Joseph-Bernard and Custis who managed to turn the ball over 3X playing just 7 minutes. Fargo fouled out playing 15 minutes no points but did have 3 rebounds and 5 assists. Nice win and the fact that we scored over 70 points "HELL MUST HAVE FROZEN OVER" lol.

Well - it wasnt well played, but any win is a good win for this team. They were able to overcome the turnovers with really good shooting. They certainly need to work on ball handling and passing, but i know we have all been a broken record about this. Was encouraged by Swint's night. Double-double and staying out of foul trouble which has been a real issue. Only one foul in 29 minutes!

Great to see both Swint and Thomas combine for almost 30 boards - helped limit 2nd chances.

A little ugly when you FT% is less than your FG%, but again a win is a win. Glad to see them finally close one out.

It's good you mentioned the rebounding we out rebounded them 48-25 when does that ever happen.
