JMU softball player Lauren Burnett passed away . She was only 21. No cause of death given . Rest of season cancelled.
RIP Lauren. Condolences to the Burnett family and the entire JMU community.

They are saying it was an apparent suicide. Awful. So sorry she wasn't able to get help she needed before this happened, if it was in fact a suicide. Whatever the cause of death, very tragic, as you said.
