HU Athletic Department Staff Changes

I was just looking at the GoHofstra site and noticed the announcement of new positions for the HU Athletic Dept. I then went to the directory of all the HU Athletic Staff and noticed that Dino Mattesich was no longer on the list. It seems that Jay Artinian has now become Deputy Director of Athletics along with quite a few other internal changes. What are the thoughts of the board members? Can you think of any reasons for the changes and how they might change athletics in the future?

Dino might haveanew position with Israeli lacrosse their national teams coach and Dino go way back they are on tour they lost to Hopkins but beat Towson

Dino was (quietly) let go over the summer...super nice guy...we should all wish him well...did someone say cost cutting...again????

You can call it cost cutting, but these moves all sound like people got raises, along with additions to the staff on top of that.
