The two of you who entered last year got an e-mail from my dad. For anybody who wants to enter, it costs $10, and you can pay by PayPal (not Venmo) or through the mail. You can submit your bracket attached to an e-mail or through the mail. The First Four is excluded.
Edit: My bracket is at https://fantasy.espn.com/tournament-cha ... D=54836809 and then I looked at what percent of people picked each team to win each round. Delaware was the most picked 15 or 16 seed in each of the first three rounds, with 5.0 percent picking them to win at least one, 2.0 percent picking them to win at least two, and 1.0 percent to win at least three.
