Wilmuth will start, trust me. He didn't come here to sit on the bench.

Wilmoth may be starting by default but had weak numbers at Butler. We need to replace around 20 points a game so don't know where that will be coming from. If you pencil in Wilmoth at the 4 and Sunday at the 5 at least as of right now we're going to have to get a lot of scoring from Thomas, Dubar and Carlos with Plotnikov coming off the bench I assume. We know what we can get from Thomas but will we see an uptick in scoring from the others?? Not even mentioning Robinson and Farmer since they haven't played a game here.

I left out Washington who will give us some scoring and is a solid player all around.

Agree; the big question is will they try and force him into the 5 like they did with Cramer or will he start at 4 and Dubar slides to the 3.

Roster is not done yet...lots of time between now and November. I see us landing at least one more and maybe keeping a scholarship open for a late addition.

Agree and Agree

Would love to see Sunday as THE BIG and Wilmoth and Dubar as forwards -
A big like SUNDAY could make a living with an open court and workiing a PICK and ROLL with CARLOS

And we are NOT done - WILLIAMS - if I recall- was a late roster add last year too.

If Tyler’s brother joins us for next year, will this be the first time that Hofstra has ever had brothers on the same team play together?

No. We had the Harvey brothers from Malverne. Not sure if they played together or not. But we also had the Vickers brothers from North Babylon. I’m pretty sure they did play together.

So on the surprising in-conference transfer front, Charleston just landed Policelli from Stony Brook. Him and Brzovic together is a massive front court by CAA standards. And speaking of bigs in conference we have to keep in mind both Amari Williams and Charles Thompson returning as well.

Really think Hofstra still needs to land a more experienced big to start ahead of Sunday, and a larger starting lineup with that guy at the 5 and Wilmoth at the 4 really might be the way to go.

Need another big as insurance if nothing else.

The Harvey brothers Eric and Lionel did play together for at least a year.

Can't post the link but we just signed Jacco Fritz, a 6'10" grad transfer from Canisius. Both Jaden Daly & Federman have tweeted that this is a great get for HU, Federman adding that he is one of the best passing big men in the country. Speedy re-loading!

Looked him up CTDutch and Jacco Fritz is actually Dutch. He might be the first Dutchman to play for the Dutchmen.

Huge signing for us 27 minutes a game 8.5 points 6 rebounds and 2.5 apg. Does this make him the starting center or PF. It certainly would appear so on paper?

First time in forever that our 4 and 5 may not be a weakness?
