Hopefully the third time is a charm here it's a difficult task to beat this team 3x in one season so hopefully we're on our game. We're looking for again lots of their turnovers and reducing their efficiency from beyond the arc. We need to try to offset their O rebounds and I'm hoping that Cramer is going to come off the bench and give us a well needed boost on both sides of the court. ESPN gives us a 64.2% chance to win.

Charleston has not written a preview yet.

We're from 3-3.5 point favorites with an O/U of 160.5 with ESPN giving us now a 65.1% chance of winning for what that's worth. I know it sounds like a crazy statement but this might be our toughest game we have to face here assuming we move on after having just played them a week ago?? Thoughts??

We have shown that we are the better team beating them home and away but we're not THAT much better. Our win at home was better than it looked as we led the entire game I believe and kept them at harms length.

Like that we have guys who have been the Champs and won in Silverio and Ray...they need to step up today.

Like our experience vs. Charleston so I'm predicting a win, perhaps a close one but a win nonetheless

All these games you think will be close but I'm hoping we get out of the gate strong and that they're playing from behind not vice versa. We were up by 6 on the road and up by eleven last week at the half.

Thanks Jojo -

Have no doubt that CofC is going to bring all they can - fully agree HUSID, posted in the other thread, I am really hoping and banking on Ray finding his groove now that it's tourney time - Ray can be the kind of player who makes the difference of winning it all - if he can re-energize, re-invent, find himself, feel the moment, whatever you want to call it, then HU could pull this off.

If not, even with the rest, I see 3 in 3 being a very tall order.

But all starts tonight - this game will be tough right after playing them, but it's a new season - fresh start - NOTHING in the past matters, this is game 1!!

ROLL PRIDE, LET'S GO

http://stats.statbroadcast.com/statmonitr/?id=383660 will have statistics. It hasn't started yet, and I'm assuming the previous game ended later enough that we will start after 8:30 P.M.

21-12, Charleston. The D could be better, but CofC also hitting some contested shots, especially Meeks.

Relying too heavily on D the 3 again. 4/8 from 2, but only 1/7 from 3. If it's not working, go with what does.

Ray, Estrada, and Simmons talking on the floor out of the second MTO about Simmons' D down low.

Welp, poor extremely disappointing start - team playing terribly - bad job on the staff and team on their preparation.

But if they can keep it reasonable and weather this weak beginning, then they could hopefully end the half better and come out a different team in the 2nd.

This is awful - team is getting their ass kicked in embarrassing fashion.

And done. Garbage job Speedy. You and your staff better work your assess off in the offseason. Team completely no-showed - not ok.

Hallelujah. Speedy finally calls a timeout at 33-13. Where was that WAY before? Should have ripped into them for the lack of D.
