Hofstra just spanked Blakeman's high priced legal team again as all the subpoenas served by Nassau County on Hofstra were quashed. Blakeman and crew seem to have a problem following lawful procedure.

If only all our legal wins on this issue could translate into other sports :) on serious note though glad to see us keeping county on their heels and hopefully at end of day can avoid this nightmare project from taking hold. Going to be a long process though and we won’t know for awhile.
