George Mason may hire Tony Skinn as coach, and he is infamous for puncing Loren Stokes in the 2006 CAA Semifinal.

And they did, today. But, OF COURSE they did, four days after Larranaga guides Miami to its first Final Four on the 17th anniversary of Larranaga taking George Mason to the Final Four. OF COURSE.

Makes sense for them. A lackluster program though. Just goes to show how incredible JL did there. Fully commuter school, crappy campus, old facilities, not a very attractive job - he's prob one that makes sense and a decent choice. Best thing they have is being in a super talent region - problem is, they are unlikely to take talent from the Marylands, Hoyas, GW's, VCU's, Richmonds, UVAs, VTs, etc...

And I frankly / selfishly hope they never do, esp with him at the helm.
