Same old story - how about:

Make it to the dance.
Give a damn if you're in the NIT (home games would be nice).
Get a name school or two to play at the Mack during the OOC.
Give a damn about the OOC
Oh, did I mention you need to Win, win, win

I know its a tough LI environment, but heck, its been done in the past and I believe can be done again.
We averaged 3,023 in 2005-2006 when we were better than expected and got snubbed from the NCAA Tournament. We averaged 3,623 in 2006-2007 when we were picked first and disappointed. We averaged 2,740 in 2007-2008 when Agudio broke the career points record, Jenkins was a freshman, and we went 12-18. We averaged 3,073 in 2010-2011 when Jenkins was a senior. Now we're averaging 2,881, and that includes the two good attendances to start the season.
Our last four games averaged 2,291. We didn't make the NCAA Tournament or get good schools to travel here in any of those past seasons. We used to be on TV more, and now that watching online requires Flo as opposed to being free on CAA.TV, there's more reason to go to the games. Our NCAA Tournament teams averaged 2,897 in 1999-2000 (Claxton's senior season) and 2,985 in 2000-2001, so we got higher attendance in seasons we didn't win the CAA than when we won the America East.
