One sad note- while most people heard of the stabbing of Clayton Beathard in Nashville and noted he's the brother of the 49ers QB and all that, what most didn't mention is that he was the QB for LIU this year before getting injured. Teammates are basically saying that he took a pounding as they made the transition to DI, but never said a word or pointed fingers.
