Surprised and disappointed that Cole's athletic staff changes do not reflect Hofstra's diversity. These are fine people (I know several myself), but our new AD has to work harder to recruit and promote minority candidates.

Not even promotions really. Just better titles to represent work they were already doing. And hopefully a bump in pay.
