Jets Practice Returning to Hofstra

The Jets are finally returning to Hofstra for a summer camp practice on August 21

I believe they do it every year. A lot of Jet fans on Long Island.

It's been canceled a few times the last few years- bad weather canned one, and the NFL lockout caused another to be scrapped.

Thought I'd bring this up in case anyone is interested. The NY Blood Center is having a blood drive on campus on the day of the Jets practice (Aug. 21), and all donors will receive 2 free tickets the the Jets/Giants preseason game that's the next day. Here is the full email with the information.

So they moved the blood drive to outside the Stadium without notice, which confused a bunch of people. They drew a reported 11k, which is a lot lower than I would have thought for a really night LI night.
