CAA non-conference foes

Post by Andersjorstad »

Rothstein reporting that William & Mary will play at Virginia and Delaware will play at Villanova this season. I know JAM and crew were working on getting a Nova game, hope that's still on the table.

That would be awesome if Hofstra played Nova. I know Jay Wright didn't want to face Pecora when he was here but hopefully he won't mind facing Mihalich.

Why wouldn't Villanova want to play Hofstra? It would be another win for them. Might lower the Wildcats RPI and SOS, though.

Rumor has it when Pecora left for Fordham he asked Jay not to play Hofstra.

If that is true Stu, why would Wright listen to him? It's not like he is indebted to Pecora at this point.
