Another Bad Ending For Towson

Nine days after missing with enough time left for Ray to win at the buzzer, Towson screwed up again. Towson was up 1 and UNC Wilmington fouled. In between the two free throws, the referees iced the shooter by reviewing and adding time. The first free throw was made and the second was missed. With 4.8 seconds left and UNC Wilmington at midcourt, Towson fouled, and UNC Wilmington made 2 tying free throws with 4.8 seconds left. Towson turned the ball over to end regulation and lost in overtime. I'm guessing Towson's Deshaun Morman thought he was up 3 and was trying to stop a tying three-pointer.
Towson is tied for fifth at 4-4. They could have been 6-2 if they had better decision making against us and UNC Wilmington.
