A Former CAA Player Had His First Career Multi-Home Run Game

Today the Chicago Cubs' Matt Szczur had his first career multi-home run game. He's a multi-sport athlete who played for Villanova who ran for 159 yards in the 2009 Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) Championship Game, when Villanova beat Montana 23-21. Hofstra and Villanova were both in the CAA but did not play that season. If the Cubs finally win the World Series, Szczur would have won championships in two sports, albeit with an FCS championship not as impressive as a Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) Championship.
