The second game is against Kennesaw State, not Appalachian State.
Right you are Evan! All +250rpi last yr. We played app state at msg 2 yrs ago. Army and Kennesaw both winnable games.

Just posted this on the 2018 recruit thread and then read this discussion about last night. Here is (in part) what I posted:

Spoke with a friend last night who had just finished a long conversation with Speedy (over in the practice facility). This is what he said Speedy told him.:

First, he said that Radovic will be the surprise of this team and the CAA. He said he is so impressed with this kid. Should have had major offers. Basically a HU steal!! :D :D
Second, he said that Sabety is playing great. He's been a beast at both ends of the floor.

I heard that HS was awesome at the StJohns scrimmage....very impressive!

Not happy to see DB totally inactive last night. All he did was walk around. Did not shoot around or anything, same with JA. :( I would not be concerned if they did not play in the scrimmage, but they looked to really be nursing something. Hopefully they are ready a week from today.

He was there but did not participate in any activities. Looked to have a wrap/bandage of sorts on one knee. Don't know if that is something new for him or not.

ridiculous - I can see the excuses already for a poor start.

I know most of the time injuries are just a fluke, but this seems very excessive. Who is in charge of player fitness? Who are the trainers? Who isn't doing their job?

Having a hard time believing that most of the starters are injured just by 'chance'. Not hydrating properly? Training properly? Stretching properly? What is it?

No mention of any major injuries by Mihalich during the Masons coaches report with Stephen Gorchov on Monday. I did see Wormley with a bandaged leg during Midnight Madness and he didn't appear to participate that night nor did Angus!

Not sure what the coach is ordering in practice that is injuring all of these players

Did anyone see JWF Instagram post? Is he injured? I hope I’m just reading into this too much but it doesn’t seem good.

Actually it just seems like it means he'll be off social media until 2018, based on his Twitter.

Don't scare us like that, Hofstra fans always expect the worst.Image

Good for him,

Focus on basketball, academics, family, and the things that matter.
Social media does more harm than good for most young people anyway (and I think that includes most millennials)

I’m Jewish and did three hail Narys. Can’t blame Hofstra fans for fearing the worst

LOL it's all good fellas, trust me, relax 8-)

This is very common practice for athletes during their season, from HS up. Matter of fact, I EXPECT to see this from the studs - no time for drama, just time to GRIND BABY!!!

JWF, we ready for ya!

Can we discuss the game in its own topic?
