In all the excitement over the men’s basketball, our volleyball team had a nice win as well, they upset Northeastern in the CAA tournament semi-finals with an incredible comeback. This was supposed to be a rebuilding year for us. Emily has done a great job of motivating this team. COfC will be a big test. The winner of this match will win the CAA. Curious as to why the 1 seed is not hosting the tournament. Probably because the Gilden Classic is at CofC. Still how does JMU get to host?

The CAA just recently switched over to pre-determined sites for conference tournaments in certain sports, same reason why JMU is hosting the softball tournament in 2018. I could be mistaken, but I believe the winner of the tournament gets to host the next year.
