Re: DUTCH NATION: Pride Club/Lounge Open House + Facility T

Great shots...practice facility is AWESOME...Makes you PROUD to be a Hofstra fan! When Jay Wright visited it, he said it was better than Villanova's and dispatched his facility person to come up and look at it! iSN'T IT A REMAKE OF THE PORTION OF THE pHYSICAL FITNESS CENTER THAT ALWAYS HAD A BASKET...

Adding my 2 cents to the coaching-I do not recall ever seeing us keeping a big guy back when bringing the ball up to set a screen(pick).

If we didn't have so many dumb turnovers we could have won.

Re: DUTCH / PRIDE NATION: Next Meeting Tuesday 1/17 !!!

Personally I live in western suffolk county approx. 25 miles from Merrick which is 50 mile round trip and driving late at night. Appreciate what you guys are doing but there are a lot of fans in Suffolk and in Queens. I would suggest alternating meetings at these sights and see what kind of response...

Awaiting to hear updates on how the meeting went. Surprised at lack of updates, It either went great with big turnout and people hung over or it was a bust.

Polito, what happened to the caching staff you loved? Now that we are losing their flaws are showing. If this keeps up JAM will really be on the hot seat.

Have to blame the coaching staff for this season both for coaching and the players they recruited. It is going to be a long season.

Re: Game 17 - @ Charleston

Good analysis Wags. I predicted a .500 team prior to season start and unfortunately my prediction is holding true. Got blasted by Polito who seems to idealize this coaching staff and JAM in particular. Several new young coaches in the league are blowing us away in recruiting and coaching.

Re: Mens Hoops Coaching Staff - Let's Discuss

I watched the Villanova game last night -a perfect example on how BB should be played-team and ball movement, tight defense, aggressive rebounding and lights out shooting. Only Jay communicates with the team during time outs and during play, rest of coaching staff sits quietly.

Re: Game 15 William & Mary

Another great battle to the wire for these two squads. Though I have grown tired of the Tribe being a constant thorn in the side. The last shot losses have worn out their welcome to me - it's time for HU to start dishing out the pain, instead of being on the receiving end. Alas, this L doesn't real...

Re: Gustys Isn't The Only CAA Player Who Misses Too Many FTs

If I were the coach I would have him shoot underhand. His shooting cant get much worse and may improve a lot if he can get that underhand shot down.
